45% of them are African Americans.
There are over 6000 people living with Hiv / Aids in the Harlem community.
But what can you do?

So, I guess what you are trying to say then, is that we MUST stop the spread of new HIV transmissions so FEWER people become infected. Correct? IF you (plural) agree, then why deny HIV-negative people the moral and ethical right to Safe Sex Serosort? As outlined in this video-
