No, this does not mean that you are cured of HIV or AIDS. It means that the amount of HIV virus in your blood is so low that the viral load tests cannot detect it. You are still infected with HIV and should continue to practice riskfree behaviors, such as not sharing drug needles with anyone and using safer sexual practices. You will also need to see your doctor on a regular basis.
